Post subject: 4/9/05 - "I go to the mini-mart - I see this!"

When I'm not mentally exhausted from playing R&D/Support/Maintenance for 400 computers and 2,300 users, I tend to try to kill my brain by surfing the web.
Unfortunately, all I seem to do is soak up more information.
This website has instructions on how to Destroy the World in many different fashions. A lot of them are based on seemingly flawed (when implemented on such a large scale) theories, but is a great intellectual/fun read.

The red background of the site contradicted with the board...as such my eyes now hurt.
...Still, quite an...interesting read... _________________ There is limited intelligence in the galaxy, but the stupidity of the universe is infinite. |

Hello, and welcome. We only read (and post) things like this for general amusement. Anyone who takes this stuff seriously needs to get outside more often.
As for your confusion regarding FDD's response, around here it's generally frowned upon to post a message in a thread that's been inactive for so long. But since you're new, I'll let it slide, this time.
Otherwise, please enjoy your stay here at our little corner of the interweb, and keep in mind we're usually not as mean as we write. _________________ "When I became a man, I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up."- C.S. Lewis

No, Americans are trying to destroy the world every way they can.
"Operation Elvis and Blue Jeans" failed, "Operation Stir The Pot" in the middle east is slowly working, but the world still hasn't ended even after 60 years.
Zero-Point Energy seems the most likely. _________________ My old sig was too long. |

You havent caused any problems. We just assume that every new user to this board understands all the rules. You know the ones that aren't posted anywhere. And there are NO ways for you to know.
You didn't post in l33t sp33k. You didn't just post "Naruto rulz u!". What you did reply with was a good question if your not from these parts.
No we aren't trying to destroy the world. But we are succeeding without trying. _________________ Certified Narutard |

Now Fodder, you know they're prominently displayed in the cellar, in the bottom of a locked filing cabinet stuck in a disused lavatory with a sign on the door saying "Beware of the Leopard". _________________ "When I became a man, I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up."- C.S.
