Pepito should conquer India first because there's over a billion people there.
Yes, there's over a billion people in China as well, but India is much smaller than China so India will be the easiest of the two to take over.
After India and its large population are under Pepito's control, his army can then move into China, the Koreas, and the rest of Asia. After Aisa, Europe, Africa, and Australia, the Americas will be invaded. Starting in the south and moving northward. A second front will take hold of Alaska and move into Canada. The United States will finish off Pepito's world domination tour.
What about Antarctica? I know Pepito will come up with some use for penguins, but it can wait until the rest of the world is conquered.

Stratigicly Pepito needs to capture enough resources to be able to make enough plastic to take over those larger nations. Otherwise how can he deprive his subjects of the skin he will own.
