The info at Right Stuf says "uncut", so it's probably as uncut as Cloverway was able to get away with. *shrug*
I don't think the thinpak box is technically part of the Signature Series line (no red stripe packaging), but the content is unchanged and it works out as cheaper than buying the individual Sig.Series discs.
