I've always liked Teen Titans. Now, X-Men Evolution I hated, but what can you expect? Does anybody else see it as a conflict of interests that a Marvel comic was adapted for TV by a sister company of DC Comics?

Brian Singer is cool and all, but I just can't bring myself to watch an episode of that show.

Overall, the Batman is pretty good. batman's gadgets are pretty good, and his jumping, and fighting are cool. The Batman can't hold a candle to the Justice League Batman.

True, but the show is really good and this weekend KidsWB is premiering a new episode. Thank goodness, too many repeats are annoying.

To keep myself entertained nights at work i bought a portable DVD player. And just watched the uncut version of "Return of the Joker". The night before I rewartched Batman:TAS season 1.

So I started to think of the progression. We went from Batman:TAS to Batman and Robin to Batman Beyond to Justice League with our same old Kevin Conroy Batman still there same as always. Beyond gave us a whole new look to the series but kept a lot of the old features intact. And the movie allowed it to continue on with a more adult direction.

You had villians with larger motives. You had Freeze in Heart of Ice. You have Rupert Thorne as corporate and mobster evil. You had Heroes to care about and villians to hate.

But now we have progressed to "The Batman". And i still can't get over how badly it sucks. Not on the level of D.I.C.E. And not nearly down to Hamtaro level. But its there to sell toys, the animation isnt that good. The villians are back to being their 60's batman TV series self again. And we keep breaking with all the the things Batman won't do. The only sort of saving grace is Alfred. Its almost like the powers that be decided that the Jerry Bruckenheimer movies were really going in the right direction and wanted to make a saturday morning cartoon about them.

Its really demeaning to teens and adults who grew up with the animated series.

Yeah i know i went off on this before. But go watch the TAS:DVD and Batman Beyond:Return of the Joker and see what I mean.

Will i watch The Batman on its CN run? Yeah just to see how badly they screwed things up. But i just keep expecting the new batman to jump the shark in the batmobile.

I havent seen the new Joker. BUt i'll bet its going to make me cry. Excuse me while i go queue up Robotech DVD's

Nice to see WB pump something out that makes Waynehead look like Akira.

Actually we're on our fifth Japanese Godzilla.

Also Bucky and Uncle Ben.

And Fodder, admitting you love Hamtaro is the first step to recovery.

The Batman? Sucks my left ball sack

Mystery Mod: It might suck your left ball sack, but it's still heading to cartoon network on April 2nd at 7.0 (or 9.0... CN has two conflicting times), so that means this gets moved to Toonami! Huzzah 'n stuff.

Whoa, whoa there, wait just a minute. You have two SACKS of balls? Holy shit dude, that means that, like, you can get castrated and stuff, and still have kids! You have, like, at least 4 balls!

^_^ Couldn't resist ^_^

This will get moved when it's ON Toonami.
