WOOHOO! I'm slacking off after finishing my last AP exam! This year, I took English Lit, Calculus BC, Physics C: Mechanics, and US Government. With the almost certain exception of English, they were all freaking easy. Particularly government. In a 145 minute test, I ended up with 40 minute extra. They don't even require you to write a lot for the free-response section!
Anyhoo, this marks the end of my having an excuse for not doing stuff. But also the end of studying until (possibly) next year. I'm so sahadppy. _________________ Krogoth uses Berserk.

Wrong forum, FAK. And yes, Gov. AP was easy. And I mantain that you're slow. You finished a full five minutes after me on the free response. I can't recall who beat who on the multiple guess... That Gouf option sure was mighty tempting . . .
I took 2 this year: AP Eng Language (seemed easy, but we took an old AP Eng exam as our midterm and I got a 79 on that, and that one seemed easy too) and AP US History (left 14 blank on the mult choice (and I have this compulsive thing where I NEVER leave any blank on a standardized test, but I blew them away on the essays, (cuz I lucked out and they were stuff that I actually knew (I didn't study at all ^_^))))
Next year I'm taking 3 AP classes (Calc, Chem, and Eng Lit), and the other 2 classes are fun stuff (Video production and Creative writing/Comedy and Satire). Should be fun. And by fun I of course mean annoying. _________________ anime is teh s uck

Could someone please explain to me what these AP tests are? _________________ There is limited intelligence in the galaxy, but the stupidity of the universe is infinite. |

Your school a backwater hillbilly school or something FDD?
AP classes allow you to earn college credit in high school- if you pass the tests at the end of year. This year I decided not to take the two AP classes I could have- US History and English. Next year however I'll be taking European History and Engrish. Because that's what L337 people do. _________________ Ice cream has this erotic sense to it- kinda like the one choclate and strawberries have.

AP Classes are actually much harder than they need to be. I'd rather pay 45 dollarsw for a class I can breeze through without having to worry about an all or nothing test. Oh wait, I did that. _________________ "Veni. Vedi. Spooki." - Julius Caesar

Ok well that explains it. See my school is too poor and intellectually challenged so they don't offer those. However, over the past 4 years through some of the classes I have taken, I have accumulated 32 credit hours at a local college for free. _________________ There is limited intelligence in the galaxy, but the stupidity of the universe is infinite. |

And where do those credits transfer to? Nowhere! _________________ This space left intentionally blank.

Depends on whether or not you're planning to go to your local college to take advantage of those credits. Although like Bono said, even if you transfer out, those credits won't count at the new school.
I never had a chance at something like AP in my school all those years ago... _________________ "When I became a man, I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up."- C.S. Lewis

How was Calculus BC? That's the blue plate special for my Junior Year, along with AP Stat and AP American Studies (AP Enligsh and AP US History rolled together in one fat splif...err....burrito). Senior Year, it's all about milkin' T3H AP Sciences. _________________ "KUSANAGI!" |

I'm not the one to ask.
I spent three weeks making up the difference between AB and BC, and I expect to get a five, along with my friend who got a 5 on AB last year (skipping PreCalc), and all the rest of MRV's occasional students who cram for the BC in three weeks. Generally, anyone who will try to do it has a tendency to be the type to succeed at it. 40% of those who take BC get 5s.
My answer: pretty easy, except for all the McLauren series questions. I was a little fuzzy on it, and it figured in two of the six free-response questions. Yeesh. _________________ Krogoth uses Berserk.
