I saw Justice League yesterday, and today. First time I've watched in a while. There has truly been an increase in quality, and I liked it when it first started, too. They're improving on a good thing. Plot, characters, and animation, all developing very nicely. I like it.
*Shrug* Just thought I'd add my own two cents. _________________ anime is teh s uck

Paradox, those eps from yesterday and today are old, they were the first episode in season 2.

no, old would be saying I just saw mask of the pantasm and they really improved the plot over the show. If he was talking about Secret Origins I could understand calling them old, but how long ago did the new eps start airing? Yeah, they're not old, they're just not new.

I just joined this group so i will comment on all the post i have read til now
DId everyone see the episode where Superman had his all out fight with Darkseid? Did he not kick the leaving "stuff" out of him. That was just amazing i must say. And then that little bastard Batman took him out of the fight right when it counted. The best part of that scene is when Darkseid was all alone and the ship was about to blow up and he just says "Loser!" and explodes. I'm guessing he is not dead though. i dont think he will ever die. The greatest part was all the way at the end when Batman was trying to calm Superman down and he just screams at him saying, "You know, you're not always right Bruce!"
The episode that humanized Grundy really got to me. It was quite an emotional episode. I didnt even think Grundy had a history. But i wonder where he got his present name. Im pretty sure that wasnt him name when he was human. They revealed so much in that episode, and i wasnt even thinking about HawkMan. I can't wait to see if he comes into the show.
The breakdown of the League episode was also really cool. I was also extremely surprised that they brough back Clayface. I wasn't expecting that at all. And i am really surprised that they mentioned Morgan Edge. He was on Smallville like twice this season and i just assumed he was made up, but i was surprised that he is an actual person in the Superman world. And if you guys say Killer Frost is a person, i will agree with you without a problem, but to me she just looked like a cross between LiveWire and Captain Cold (or Freeze...i forget his name, he is an enemy of Flash).
The death of Superman! Wow, what more can i say. That was an amazing episode. Everything about that episode was amazing. I was so excited seeing everyone come back from the Superman episode at his death. And i must agree that the bad voiceovers did hurt the episode a tad. Metalo- sucked; LiveWire & Toyman - SUCKED real bad; Weather Wizard - who really cares anyhow. And why did they make Darkseid's son such a little pansy? He is not the type of person to just join a group. Lois' voiceover wasnt that bad, but you can tell it wasnt the original Lois from the series. I was shocked when they brought Vandal Savage back. It was good to see that after all those Millenia he finally learned his lesson and tried to help Superman stop him in the past. The only part of the episdoe i didnt like is how they ended it so quickly. I wanted to see them actually fight Savage, but then i looked at the time and said "Damn, an hour passed already?"
Well that is my rant for now...my future postings will be shorter since i wont have to play catch up...Justice League is kicking ass right now and they are doing their thing. Ohh yea, in Teen Titans, i wouldnt be surprised if Slade is Batman just trying to train Robin...but that's just me. Oh yea, which Robin is this one suppose to be: Tim or Dick or another one?

If it was she might not have remembered how to do the voice. Since she doesnt do much voice over work.

That is classic Darkseid attitude. And he's not dead, not by a long shot. There's only one person whose destiny is to take him out for the final time...

It's from a nursery rhyme:
Solomon Grundy,
Born on Monday,
Christened on Tuesday,
Married on Wednesday,
Took ill on Thursday,
Worse on Friday,
Died on Saturday,
Buried on Sunday:
This is the end
Of Solomon Grundy.

Kalibak's motivation is all about being accepted by someone.

The only lesson he learned was, "Stop me from implementing THAT plan, since it obviously isn't going to work."
