Dead could rise to 100,000 now due to contamination of everything to the suvivors i.e. rotting boddies in water supply, sickness spreading etc.

Confirmed dead: 125,000
Indonesian Government have given a statement that they may never know how many are dead as new areas of devestation have been discovered/reported.

Same thing it's always been doing. As far as I've seen, nobody has claimed this was an act of terrorism. No governments have taken responsibility for it. That leaves one cause. It's a natural event, and 166k people got in the way. The Earth isn't going to stop for us. Tectonics, convection, radiative cooling of the mantle, and Coriolis forces don't go away simply because there's a bunch of arrogant beasts who might be affected by them.
