I'm going to have to go with the classic Spider Robinson on this one.
As long as these "super powers" don't include actively and exclusively self-destructive behaviors, the absolute worst power is telepathy that you can't control. A cookie to whoever knows the name of my example telepaths. Those who don't really should read "Callahan's Crosstime Saloon."
