well money, lack of bands im interested in, few bands bother to go to Arizona, I am easily prone to headaches plus one of my ears is twice as sensitive.....shall I keep going or are those lame excuses not worth anything? _________________ There is limited intelligence in the galaxy, but the stupidity of the universe is infinite.

Eh, they're still just excuses. Ear plugs work jsut fine, tons of people use them at concerts (that fixes two fo your problems). As for bands, a decent number of them come to Pheonix and smaller bands abound EVERYWHERE; you just need to relax and chill more (coffee shops can have some pretty cool local bands-- for free!) As for not liking bands, that's a personal problem.

Yeah, local bands can kick ass. You don't have to sit in a stadium to see Santana in order to have a nice concert experience. For Ben Folds, there was a crowd of about . . . 1000. Maybe half that. Somewhere in that range. But for Virginia Coalition, there were 50 people. And that was $5 for admission. And was almost as good as the Folds concert. You can have an ass kicking time at small venues. _________________ anime is teh s uck

yeah well I guess i don't have a real music taste since ive seen 4 very different areas of music that don't really seem interesting. First, my mom loves country and light rock....not my style. Second, my dad is into 60's and 70's rock....too old for me. And lastly, i was raised in a town full of people who like nothing but rap and mexican music...*shudders*. Well I guess what i'm trying to say is how many techno groups go on tours? _________________ There is limited intelligence in the galaxy, but the stupidity of the universe is infinite.

DJ's actually do alot of traveling. You might have to do a little yourself to get to them, but I can garuntee Arizona is not devoid of techno.
