It's been a long while since we've had one of these, and they never get old do they?

but anyways, I had a question for anyone willing to answer,

(In your opinion) What doesn't God know?
basing this on single God theory...

Ooo, I've always wanted to get in on one of these religious discussions.

What doesn't God know: A LOT. If God is supposed to know everything, then why is the world so messed up?

Example: If God knows everything, why did he/she put the Tree of Knowledge in the Garden of Eden? If God knew Eve and Adam would eat the fruit, why was the tree there? If the tree wasn't there, the fruit wouldn't have been eaten, humans wouldn't have been banished from Eden, humans wouldn't know the hardships of the world, and things would be a lot nicer now wouldn't they?

I could rant more, but I'll leave it at that for the moment.

If they hadn't eaten the apple, though, they would've starved.

It comes back to free will. If he hadn't put the tree of the fruit of knowledge of good and evil in the garden of eden, then how would it have been different from keeping a caged animal? I believe God to be all knowing, and loving. He loves everyone enough to allow them to chose their own path.

so do you think God knows what you are going to do in a certain situation before you do it? or even before you know?
Does God know the future?

Are you asking that god believes in fate? Because I certainly don't think so.

I believe that god, like us, cannot see past decisions we don't understand. Yet, if god is all-knowing, then how can he come to a decision that even he cannot understand?

Hi.

I personally believe that God is omnipotent and omnipresent.

If I remember right ('cause I forget from time to time) that means that God knows all.
And He is outside of time.
Basically, I think that means that he is present in all time, in past, present, and future.

But that's just what I think...

If this is true, then can God make a rock so big and heavy that even he/she can't lift?

A question to stir the mind and boil the blood Confused

Maybe he's playing Call of Cthulu, and just doesn't want his sanity to go down...

I think God doesn't know much. I'm basing this on my firm beliefs that stupid people will name their children anything, and that really stupid people raise really stupid kids.

Somewhere out there, there's a dumb kid named God.
