As a big Bebop fan, I wasn't disapointed by the movie, but there seemed to be too much of Spike and I felt there wasn't enough scenes full of Faye, Jet, Ein, and of course Radical Edward |

I own the movie! It's awesome man! you have to see it! or else the trailer! I love all the episodes of Cowboy Bebop, the ones I favor the most are "The Real Folk Blues pt 1 and 2" ,"Jupiter Jazz pt. 1 and 2", and "Ballad of Fallen angels" If you like those episodes you'll like this movie! The only flaw Yoko Kanno didn't have her song "The real folk blues" in it! but I do like the other theme songs, "Gotta Knock a little Harder" and "Ask Dna" I love that movie! it rox! |

The one thing the movie lacks is the pathology of the show. I think the best episodes of Bebop like Ballad of a Fallen Angel work because they rely on the deepest emotions of the characters. Knockin on Heaven's Door plays out like just another bounty hunt, don't get me wrong, that's a lot of fun. Guess that's what happens when you end your series like that. |
