They're talking about it. The Turner United Kingdom-based network, CNX may
be coming to America. According to a latest report by trade publication Television
Week, Turner Entertainment, a subsidiary of AOL Time Warner, is mulling the
potential launch of a U.S. version of the network.
Discussions have been ongoing for six months in regards to a U.S. launch, although
nothing definite has been announced or agreed upon. Mark Lazarus, the head of
the Turner Entertainment group told Television Week that CNX U.S. is "on
the list" of new opportunities for the company, but "not imminent."

CNX is an adrenaline heavy, action network aimed primarily at males. It includes
many programs already available on its United States Turner network Cartoon
Network, including the hit animated programming series Justice League, Batman
Beyond, X-Men: Evolution, Cowboy Bebop. It is not known whether or not Cartoon
Network series or their action-based programming blocks, Toonami and Adult Swim
Action would shift to CNX U.S. if it were to launch.
