Closer still
Not as close as the other two.

Bingo.
Somehow, I new it'd be Nobu to get this one. Any way, they roll through Rolla a few times a week, appearantly. And earplugs for some reason hurt my ears, but for some reason no pair of headphones save for one ever has. _________________ This space left intentionally blank.

you could use a pair of earmuffs for fireing ranges/guns/n stuff. Those'll muffle the dead. _________________ "Veni. Vedi. Spooki." - Julius Caesar

YATTA!
I admit I was out of ideas for a while.
And I've been known to roll through Rolla like a freight train before, but I doubt I'd wake anyone up. _________________ "When I became a man, I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up."- C.S. Lewis

are you using those soft ones that you scrunch up and then stuff into your ear? those are the kind I use...they work fairly well - and they hurt my ears at first, too, and for quite a while...but the pain gets duller and duller until you just don't feel it anymore, eventually
and if they don't work for freight trains, at least you can use them for crappy roommates (and you will have some in your college career) - trust me, I'm two years strong using my earplugs against the enemy

I think the better option will be to listen to music. _________________ This space left intentionally blank.
