There's nothing we can do to improve/eliminate the prejudice and intolerance of a generation of people long passed.
Laughing at it demonstrates that the old "values" are completely and utterly absurd compared to today's consensus.

Exactly. Calm down FDD. Despite being Japanese-American, and despite my unhealthy hatred of racism, I can see the WWII propaganda films and comics as a thing of the past. And generally, as some might say, "hil-fricken-larious".

Veering wildly off the current topic...
It's amazing how much of an influence "The Magnetic Telescope" has been on Superman storytelling, from The Adventures of Superman episode "Panic in the Sky!", which featured George Reeves' Superman: 1) trying to stop an asteroid from striking Earth and 2) getting amnesia (a plot that was repeated on Lois and Clark) to Superman: The Animated Series' "Little Girl Lost", where the design and effect of Darkseid's weapon was a direct homage to "Magnetic Telescope". _________________ "When I became a man, I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up."- C.S.
