Not a huge story, but a Blue Submarine No. 6 Special Edition DVD has been announced. It will be 2-3 discs, include all 4 OVA episodes, and have your standard assortment of extras.
Blue Submarine No. 6 premiered on Toonami as a four episode special, and has re-aired in Movie format. Multiple discs have been released (1 with each OVA, and a Toonami Movie one), with fans being unsatisfied (80 bucks for 3 hours of animé, or 30 bucks for an edited movie?); this will hopefully sate them.
