...I get my courage up to tell him that I like him and...he has a girlfriend. And then he has the nerve to use that AWFUL line 'you're a nice girl but...' OH MY GOD!! Could he not think how that would not make that better?
Here's how it went:
me: hey can I talk to you a sec?
him: yeah?
me: I'm sorry if I've been acting kinda weird-
him: weird? I haven't noticed...?
me: the thing is I kinda like you...
him: *silence*
me: and I just needed to sorta say because...
him: *disbelieving* Me??
me: yeah...
him: you do know I have a girlfriend?...
me: yeah I just needed to sorta get it off my chest
And that's sorta how it went, and then he said I was a nice girl. I would have preferred him to have been abusive than to have said something like that...shit. AND THEN he went and told the girl next to him in the classroom! OMG you should never do that, especially when I'm right across from him. How stressful. I acted normally for the whole hour and fifteen minutes though but...it's weird now.
It's my own fault for thinking it was possible.
Shit. Thank god I don't have to see him till Friday in class.
I managed not to cry until ten minutes away from the school. Finally.
Shit. I finally get the courage and this happens...I suppose it's for the best but...it's enough to kill your courage forever... _________________ rednekbob9: 1: You're Female

eh, Don't let it get you down.
There's not many other ways that could have gone.
If you had been in his shoes how would you have handled it? I'm mean sure, he could have done it better, but he could have done it worse....
When i was in 6th grade, ther was this girl, she had all her friends (and her maybe) as If I wanted to go out with her, I was scared at the prospect, but I finally said yes to get them to stop bothering me. At that point she says, well I already have a boyfriend, but I could date you too. Or somethin like that, yeah it sucked. I have been scared of girls ever since. _________________ The problem with America is stupidity. I was "just friends" with half the girls in a 10 mile radius.
Patience.
Someone perfect for you will pop up when you're 21. He'll be a good 20 minute drive away, but it'll be worth it. _________________ My old sig was too long. |

It may not have worked out, but now karma is in your favor. Use that to your advantage. _________________ Ice cream has this erotic sense to it- kinda like the one choclate and strawberries have.

See Dill, I feel bad for you. You know why? Because first off, boys are smelly. It's true. And second, we're genetically deficient.
No really, hear me out. Guys have that pesky Y chromosome instead of the extra X. That short, dumpy, miniscule little Y instead of hte grandoise X. We are deficient on a genetic level. Basically, every man on the planet has a minor case of down syndrome. This is why we think on such simple terms and like to watch things blow up and such. And it's why we don't understand women. We're like rednecks and y'all are like Oxford graduates. We shoot opossum and you solve the great problems of physics. Granted these are exagerated, but still, man are genetically stunted and there's nothing we can do about it.
However, it's better to tell than not to tell and wish you had. Regrettign NOT having done something stays with you a HELL of a lot longer than regretting something you HAD done. Also, failure does nothing except make you stronger and increase your chances of success next time. I live by these principles, and they haven't steered me wrong. _________________ anime is teh s uck

The regretting thing is true.
However, I find that a lot of women piss me off.....a LOT...I wanna blow them up.
