PHEW! I finally got my Half Life workin, so I've been catching up on my CS, TFC and NS (God I love NS). Uh, catch me on AIM if you want to play. I dont know what servers you guys go into.

disabled the qos thing
turned off all software firewalls
added +clientport 27055 to cs shortcut
I'm running out of ideas here and the error just won't go away.....

that happens when you lag. XP see's that as an error in the game. so I disconnects you to tell you the error.

yeah but i got it before the server finished loading, plus i heard that even some people with cable modems get that error on good servers with almost no lag.

you got it befor you connected because your modem lagged out for a second. I used to get that error when I was on 56k.
