not as far as I can remember of the cool terms from the 80's. Lets see, there was rad, bad, badical, radical... what else.... I don't think schway was there if it was I never heard anyone say it. That's so Occified and Spifflicated (those two are 1920's slang)

Just as a warning for .hack//mutation: You REALLY need to finish watching .hack//sign before you play this game!!!!!

I played the 1st game without seeing all of .Hack I just didn't understand who the last boss was till I saw all of .Hack//Sign. So I would have to say beating the 1st game be alittle more important (^_^).
In most RPGs you don't have to beat the 1st game in order to play the next one... But you might want to for the .Hack games. If you don't have a Data Flag(A Completed game save file from the 1st game) the plot won't advance...

I hope we get .hack //sign on CNX ;_; I've been badly wanting to see it. Yuki did some awesome work on the soundtrack, I love it to bits.

(bringing back the topic from the dead)

Just finished all 26 episodes (subtitled and the dubs from CN) and I have to say how amazed I am with this anime. I have the discs here for the mutuation series (all 13 of them i think it is) as well.

The series starts slow, builds up slow and but hte payoff in the end makes it all worthwhile.

************SPOILER********************

Thank god i got to see another anime where the Hero doesnt die or lose in the end.

Damn .hack//MUTATION's ending was an even bigger cliff hanger than the first (>_<) . Though I was dissapointed with this Mutations final boss, he was far to easy. Now I have another few months to wait for .hack//Outbreak...
