Yes, the narrator will be different. The narrator is different for EVERY block on CN.
Vincent Benenati pointed out a local ad for it that aired last Saturday night. He said this about the narrator:

Different strokes for different folks, my friend. I personally like it because it's nice and relaxed, good for night time when you're tired. Also, they throw some stupid humor in the mix for you to laugh at while you're half awake : P

Some how I have a feeling that humor wouldn't be nearly as funny if we were completely awake. 
I know Space Ghost's jokes aren't as good when I'm completely awake. That's why it's on so late.
