THAT IS A GUESS BECAUSE IT REQUIRES A RESPONSE FROM ME.
The J-Rock band in question did most of the BG music to an Anime.

...in fact, if you look at the news subjects on TDA for the past month or so, THEY'RE ALL PILLOWS SONG TITLES.
The Pillows is the greatest band EVER. I mean EVER. Bigger than Blue Man Group, bigger than Foo Fighters, bigger than They Might Be Giants due to that band's uncertainty about its size.
It's Happy Rock. With lots of guitars.
