How are the controls for Soul Calibur 2 on the GC? Or even the X-Box, for those of you that have one of those... _________________ "The principles you live by create the world you live in; if you change the principles you live by, you will change your world." -Blaine Lee

The controls on x-box are great (well with an S it is anywho). About a month ago I had a good dozen or so people over and had a lil mini SC2 tourney and even the people who never touched an x-box before found it easy to use.

assuming you mean exclusitivity, i'd be out for blood if that ever happened...
I meant as examples. being a one console exclusive company (1 frickin game for gc doesn't count) means they lose out on ALOT of potential customers... or maybe square likes having the excuse of making their games for the worst system out there so they don't have to get fancy.
i agree with the idea that square-enix should expand their horizons a bit, but the grandia fanboy within me prevailed...the series finally seems to be meeting with success on the playstation (after the first one going by unnoticed on the saturn and the second appearing on the fading dreamcast), so i don't really like the idea of shifting it to yet another console...
still, there is a glaring omission of rpg's on both the gamecube and xbox, so it would be logical for the company to at least throw around the possibility of expansion...just leave my grandia games alone... =) _________________ "Life's a journey, not a destination..." -Aerosmith ('Amazing')

On GC they're okay. Pretty simplistic due though. You dont' really find yourself pulling off massive ammounts of combos and the soul charge attacks are just a pain to pull off.
GC controller just was not meant for fighting games.
Xbox is still teh suck though ^_^ _________________ Bang.
