THE CONTINUED EXISTANCE OF PDF!
Sorry. Homework, SAT, Battlefield 1942+Secret Weapons/Desert Combat anime, etc have been interfereing in things. The update from the 4th has been moved to NOW! Hoody Hoo!
PDF will not die! However, in order to survive, we must consider new horizons. For this reason, I've created several ideas for our future. Our L337 future.
Idea #1: Rename ourselves and pick up where we left off.
- this is the easiest plan. Throw on PDF tags, and run around BAR or whatever other server we find to terrorize. Easy, fun, most fesible at this point. Possibly rename ourselves. My suggestion (serious here) is the Bishujo Senshi. No more ladder play, maybe a match (battle) here and there. Just have fun and work together.
Idea #2: See idea one(probably sans name change), but with ladder play
-We tried this last year, but it sort of crashed and burned once summer started. We could try it again. I'm not sure if we have the player pool left to even consider that sort of thing however.
Idea #3: See idea one, but with one last battle
-Go up against the likes of HONORS or BAR for one last romp and go out in a blaze of glory. Then just exist in name only, except for occasional battles.
Idea #4: Branch out into other Half-Life mods
-We already know TFC. How about NS, FA, TS, etc? 'nuff said.
Idea #5: Switch to a new game
-There's Battlefield and its host of mods are some of the most fun I've had in years, you guys would probably enjoy taking a tank gun to Dread's head; Half-Life 2 will be released at some point in the future, even with the source code being hijacked and all that good stuff; Warcraft III/Frozen Throne(don't need to comment here); Age of Mythology, great game, but not as versitile as Age off Empires II.
Idea #6: Stop beating the dead horse/Shoot the dying horse/Shoot the still living and healthy horse
-All things must come to an end... But should we kill it now?
So that's my take on things... Feel free to add to this list or start a new one. PDF is awesome, and I'd hate to see it die forever. _________________ Ice cream has this erotic sense to it- kinda like the one choclate and strawberries have.
