I just found out today that the sales tax in my area went from 7.45% to 8.05% effective on January 1, 2004.

I amjust glad to be back at school. Vacation at home get boring after two weeks. Besides, anime club started Hellsing and we watched "The League of Extrordinary Gentlemen" in comic club. It was a graphic novel, as was "The Road to Perdition," you know. _________________ You're An Inu (Dog)!

Since we are on the topic of time flow I will put forth one of my theories of time travel.
One can never go back in time to purposely change something. If they did, it would nullify the need for them to go back in time, thus nullifying that it was changed.
