Post subject: Anybody here play Shogo: Mobile Armor Division?

If you don't no what it is, it's an anime-style mech FPS that's pretty cool but was never very popular because of bad marketing.
But I recommended anyone to get the game and play, especially online.
You'll have to search hard for it tho... it's fairly old (1999)  .

Completly different types of games. Shogo was never really understood.
Sure they both let you use vehicles/mechs or go on foot. Sure they both had decent multiplayers.
But really they were different. Shogo had giant robots! |

They screwed up the Jaguar. And an Ordog could take down any HAR anytime.

I concur. Throw -> punch -> Jag leap -> Jag leap -> overhead throw destroys all! And the scrap/destruct animation for Shadow was just great.
Ahh, the memories.
Though I will say one thing in favor of Battlegrounds. The ability to cram more than two robots in an arena is nice.
