I know you've all heard me going on about Sailor Moon. Well, I'm a bit of a dumpling head.
You all have seen Saban's bid for sailor moon (courtsey of the TDA. It's under other stuff).
I present to you, (*cough*TylerL*hack*) DIC's sales video . . . for your viewing pleasure(?).
Sailor Moon Promo Tape (right click and save as...)
Reactions?

Bad names... bad voices... bad well everything. Glad they changed all that. Blue? I mean come on! Masked Tuxedo? Gag...
Bigger than Ninja Turtles AND Power Rangers? Yeah right...
Funny how they went for the girls and boys will both like it slogan...
Carmen Sandiego? Um... didn't expect that one.
Interesting promotion video. I wonder if DiC made one of those for KotZ _________________ Toonami > sliced cheese (and I really like chees) |

It's all about the dollar signs baby. But like Bono said, watch it again in a couple of days, you'll be suprised how bad it really is (the devil is in the details). _________________ To do two things at once is to do neither. —Publilius Syrus, Roman slave, first century B.C. |

TylerL, go for it. I found it rummiging around the internet looking for material for Show-Me Anime's 'Mystery Anime Theater' It's the meeting where we show the most horrible, vile, just plain bad anime in existance and make fun of it.
Don't worry, there is a vast quanity of stuff even worse than this, trust me. _________________ To do two things at once is to do neither. —Publilius Syrus, Roman slave, first century B.C. |

I think they were a little low on their 'Serious Moon Power' when they made that one. _________________ To do two things at once is to do neither. —Publilius Syrus, Roman slave, first century B.C. |
