Post subject: Anyone here still watch toonami?

For a forum that is "supposed" to be about this program block. We seem to have too few people that even care about it. This is pretty much due to the fact that toonami has sucked for the past 6 months. G Gundam and DB aren't bad shows but it would be nice to get one new decent show.

I watch from 5 to 7 (EST). However, I seem to enjoy Adult Swim more.

I watch he-man as often as possible and I['ll watch it some more when they show the last few eps of dbz and gt. I give each "new" show a try but so far gundam can't hold me interest, any of them and I can't stand watching reruns of dbz. so... guess I barely watch it.

You can tell that Akira Toriyama didn't care about DBZ during the Buu saga. It's really crappy and too far out. But DB is wicked fun to watch. (I missed the episode where Goku 'grows' 6 extra arms. Only episode I missed all season, and I was really looking forward to it. And of cousre they choose THIS week to stop showing the rerun the next day.)

We don't even get Toonami anymore, but we do get a channel for toonami...which i don't have...

great minds think alike zechs, because i've been considering this for about a month now...
back in 2000, i'd clear out everything in order to catch the daytime toonami as well as the midnight run...over time it's faded though, to the point where the first half of 2002, i was only watching the midnight run and nothing else...
g gundam's first run, along with new dragonball, dbz and the return of g.i. joe kept me somewhat updated on the block, but i've been lacking that "big" show that keeps me watching the reruns, such as outlaw star, big o, and gundam 08th ms team have done in the past...
i think adult swim may have some effect on it though, as my passion for catching the toonami block before has been transferred to the saturday night block (which of course leaves after this week)...i'm still confident that toonami will eventually find that "big" show though, so i keep watching for that day...

I watch it every once in a while for G-gundam, but I really don't care about it anymore. I'd rather watch that stupid lady who touches stuff too much on the travel channel rather then Toonami....which I do.

| yes I watch Toonami! but I only watch DBZ!! and sometimes if I am bored I watch whatever else they have on... and if I can stay awake then I watch Adult Swim on Saturday Nights.. THe Fan got me into Inyuyasha or however you spell it.. so yea |

I generally watch DB after DS when I get the chance. Other than that, I have no interest in non-AS-Toonami.

All I ever watch is Inu Yasha anymore. I got bored with DBZ don't even want to see G Gundam, and have seen everything else I care to.
