Post subject: Dective Conan A.K.A Case Closed
|
|
|

I noticed a lack of threads here on one of AS's new shows, Case Closed (formerly known as Dective Conan). So far I've been mostly impressed with the way the show has come out. The show is very accurate to the couple of fan-subs I had to refrence against it. The names of course have been Americanized but that is pretty minor. I'm enjoying it, what are other peoples thoughts. I know that episode 362 of Dective Conan aired in Japan just a day or two ago, so this could become a staple of adult swim if it gets a good response. _________________ To do two things at once is to do neither. —Publilius Syrus, Roman slave, first century B.C. |

I like Case Closed also. It's the first time I've ever heard of it so I was impressed when I seen it. They think of things I would never think of in a million years; that's why I like it so much. They do all the work and I watch and try to puck up some tips on solving mysteries. |

I can't wait to see the case in which Conan breaks up a child pornography ring. _________________ Able and Baker is nice. |

I like Case Closed too.
It's a good detective show.
I would really like to see more of it. |

I don't think that little trick will fool her for long. She's not a half-bad dective her-self. She'll notice the bow-tie sooner or later. I'm really supprised that they brought it up so early. Dective Conan is still airing in Japan having been on the air since January of 1996, there are over 360 TV Eps and 8 movies. At this rate, he'll get his 17 year old body back the old fashioned way, time. _________________ To do two things at once is to do neither. —Publilius Syrus, Roman slave, first century B.C. |

Lois Lane went 40 years without knowing about Clark. They can drag this one out for a looong time yet. _________________ "When I became a man, I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up."- C.S. Lewis

Agreed; though after tonight's episode, I'm inclined to think that sooner or later his little catch phrase "only one truth will prevail" or somthing like that, will get him. _________________ To do two things at once is to do neither. —Publilius Syrus, Roman slave, first century B.C. |

but louis never caught ont o clark when he'd say "this looks like a job for superman" then systematicly disapeer only to have superman show up 4.2 seconds later. |

But that phrase is a little more general, Jimmy is just about the only person who uses his little truth phrase. Besides, Clark didn't spend as much time with Louis as Conan does with Rachel. _________________ To do two things at once is to do neither. —Publilius Syrus, Roman slave, first century B.C. |
