Post subject: Tiny, unreadable text.

I just noticed something when I downloaded the Justice League Unlimited season 2 promo today on TDA. I never noticed it before during the countless 260-something times it aired on my small silver screen.
Near the end of the promo, when the Clyde 53 unveils the graffiti of the title he made on the wall, there are a few lines of text just under the non-graffiti-fied version of the title.
Now I know that this isn't a new thing; Toonami has been known for putting crazy subliminal messages in their promos for years. The problem is, though, is that I can normally read or figure out this stuff, whereas with this promo, I can't. 
Can anyone here make out what that text reads?

Ok now we have a problem. Seems our two people who should know what it says are stumped.
So we either
A)Make up what we think it says
B)Send a card to Toonami to get it placed on adult swim as a bumper |
