Post subject: Gundam SEED

Well since I couldn't find a recent topic on this, and it is about to premeir on Saturday.....I thought this could be its new home. If anyone has any foresight into the matter or feedback from someone that has actually seen some of it already, leave it here.
Personally I'm looking forward to some fresh new Gundam. The animation looks a little different thatn Im used to for Gundam, but it could be cool. Thoughts anyone...... |

I've never seen it, don't know anything about it, but am looking forward to watching it on Toonami.

Well I started a topic a long time ago but even i can't find it! 
But, everyone is in for a treat with this series. I'm just sad since you guys wil have to wait a week per episode, not me though, I already have all 50 eps. Which leads me to my next point:
PM ME IF YOU MISS AN EPISODE
I will get you the episode in question but i will not give out episodes that have not shown. Of course you could be a prick and download them off kazaa but to be honest, most of those files are porn. |

lol, I used to have ep's d/l but I had to delete them  . Anyway I myself loved SEED but some of the older Gundam Fans seemed to hate it becuase of how it was done.

| Bah, screw the old fans. Although its slow in the beginning, it picks up insanely fast! And trust me, you need to watch every episode starting at episode 29-35. |

I just watched to see more Lacus and Fray <3 (j/k as much as I love them they were not the only reason). I loved the old gundams. But have no problem with SEED.
Anyway I find it funny I can only seem to come across Freedom and Justice Model kits, I found an Astray once. Speaking of Freedom and Justice, those were one of the problems older Gundam fans had. If you pay attenion they seem to made up of different parts from old gundam series XD.
But still I love them...They are 2 of my fav SEED suits along with Strike And Buster(what can I say I'm a sucker for those Artillery type suits). Also, gf you see the 5 mintue OVA?

the 5 min oav? yep! I love Haro^2 fansubs. Anyways, where did you find the model kits for Freedom and Justice? I just bought the lvl 5 Wingzero Custom model kit (God damn its huge!). Hey, do you know if they really are going to make a second Seed series? The OAV kinda made it feel that way.
EDIT: Becareful about what we say about this series, I really don't wanna ruin any part of this series because its just that good. |

I saw them at Target. I thought about getting WingZero Custom but went with Heavy Arms Custom(like I said I loved Artillery type suits) The I was thinking about getting that SD Heavy Arms Custom figure... It looks kinda cool.
There are rumors about a second season. I heard them over at a Gundam board. So we'll have to wait to see if it's true or not. And while I love SEED I won't say it's just that good, I had a few problems with it. Which I can't say what cause I would spoil things...

Well, I've ran through it and I must say that this one of the better Gundam's that' I've seen. For some of you, I know you won't be disappointed ^_^.
And as for that ep 16 incident (from the subbed version). They'll probably cut this scene off. |

Yeah, I found how they did the ending a little odd. Most of the time Bandia(sp?) leaves it alone. They should have atleast put the perviews at the end of them.... Im ean it's kind of odd to hear the ed theme start then them cut to the next ep perview then back the the ending... I'm a little saddened that they cut the opening. But I saw that coming... After all I really dojn't think bouncing Boob lady(which I still think is Murrue) would go over well...

was i the only one a bit lost with what was going on in the first episode? it seemed to me that a new character was introduced every minute, and jumping right into what i'm guessing was an invasion really made it difficult to sort out the events...
perhaps i'm just getting old and my mind was too tired to process it all last night...
