Are you insulting me, being playfully sarcastic, or just unaware that GTO DOES mention them?

My MacHall "lil Cthullu" shirt scared the hell out of some kids I was on an elevator.

That was the extent of my interaction with young children. Strangely, and I don't know why, most of my interaction occured with females in their late teens.

				| Are there any TV channels in English? If so, how many?
I'm assuming there would be a few for the US troops we have stationed over there.

No real english channels I saw, other than the news ones. Mostly some networks offer English language options for things like baseball games or... more news.

Lots of "how to speak english" shows taught in english which is kinda backwards IMO...

 But Chab TV rules all.

While we're on that question, what about Animax?

I had neither available. I had to rest with the knowledge that 6 to 8, AM or PM, meant anime was on somewhere. Most of the nights I was in Japan I was at a asmall hotel. The marriot had more channels, but it was Nagoya... so no CN. Maybe it's a Tokyo thing?

Didn't see it. Watched a lot of TV about teaching English or English related stuff.

My favorite show in that vein was "Let's LEarn J-Pop English!" where 3 contestants listen to J-Pop songs with English words thrown in and then attempted to guess the actual meaning of the words used.

Now someone telll if Andromaton was insulting me because I don't see him answering my question.

I rode the shinkansen a lot. Most of the advertising I saw was for Steam Boy and M Flo's Astromantic album.
