Dusk does take place a while after the series. The order is like this .Hack//Sign , The .Hack games then comes Dusk. I think Dusk was originally manga(unlike .Hack//Sign) and then animated. But I could be wrong.

I don't know if DUSK has been made into an anime.

I should have read the rest of that article.
Yes, DUSK was a manga series first, then made into an anime.
On a //SIGN note: this Saturday marks the start of new eps since the show moved off the Toonami Super Saturday block. This week's episode (#5: Captured) features the return of Crim to The World.
Anybody else notice how on CN they show the red "preview of next episode" screen, but then they don't show the preview? They just go right into the end credits.

Hmm Didn't notice. I usally turn it off before then. I like the fact Super Saturday kept the orignal opening and didn't do a half-ass job like with the ending.

Yes, CN did half-ass the really cool ending. Why? Theres no nudity! Its just like a james bond intro!

I finally got the entire series dl'd off of kazaa and wow... I'm really amazed at how deeply engaged in the series I got. I will not ruin the series for you all but SIGN will leave you hanging. The only way you'll get the answers is to play through all the games.

Is it me, or is Mimiru's American voice actor more expressive than her Japanese counterpart? I consider this one of the better dubs I've seen, er, heard.
Also, GF, you might want to slow down your avatar a bit.

I just watched all of .hack//sign, and I was wondering what I should do 1st watch .hack//LIMINALITY or play the game .hack//Infection
Also...(so I won't spoil it)I can't believe tsukasa is really ... a "you know what"...for the people who have seen it, they say he was but I only half heartily believed it until the end.
Ending was kind of wierd like all anime endings are...

yes Ph33r he was really a "you know what"(I knew from the 1st few ep's) the end just proved me right). I just wonder if Bear ever did what he planned to do with tsukasa. And the OVA and game take place around the same time. Just the OVA's take place in the real world(that has been explained before). Since you have seen the anime when you play the game you should understand whats going on. I thought the ending was pretty good. Since you have seen the anime when you play the game you should understand whats going on.

Oh, come on. In another couple of eps they will start seriously dropping hints, and he DOES seem a little androgynous, particularly in Japanese.

I have to agree with you again GF. but the game seems to be lleading us to some sort of answer. I also hear more .hack games might be made(after the next 3 are released)
