Everytime i try to play the damn thing, there are "Too many users" on every server. Is that normal or do i have to do something else to get in?

The servers are heavily congested 95% of the time, it's quite hard to get into the servers, but when you do it is pure bliss.

Do realize that they just opened the international servers about a month ago and are still trying to compensate for the massive influx.
