yeah, but sometimes it can be rather bothersome, and with school in session i spend a lot more time on the board to do such things

You know, if I was meaner, I'd go and randomly delete nightfall's posts, like the first one in this thread. I think it woudl be funny in a sadistic sort of way. And nightfall is too cool to deserve that . . .

Would somebody please give me a straight answer? Why are my posts disappearing?
Is somebody deleting them?
Is the system deleting them?
Is it my computer?
This is frustrating people.

I am a mod and I would say yes, no, probably. Though I only know of one that validly "disaperated" other than that I doubt any have actually disappeared despite not being visible.
That, or maybe you're just losing your mind.... Thats always a possibility.

That brings up a possibility. What would make a post invisible? I don't disable anything in my posts. I created them, so there is nothing in the content my computer can't handle.
And what is a "broken" thread? It did seem that a few posts appeared a few days after their post date in the Kenshin thread.

Now here's something strange. I posted on the Inuyasha thread yesterday (10/7) but the index page says the last post happened 10/1, the poster before me. At least my message is still visible. To me at least. It's beginning to seem like I am in room where sound comes in but my own voice only echoes back to me...

a broken thread is a thread in which a new page should show up with new posts, but they don't due to some odd database error... and so you report it in the glitcy/broken thread thread stickyfied to the top of this forum...
