how does one go about using IRC, something I've never used....

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself? |

you d/l a Irc client( there are many of them Mirc,Hydra, Virc, or Sysest which I like to use). Then you select a network such as Rizon(irc.rizon.net). Then find a Channel to join. It's not to hard after you learn the basics. Irc is also a great tool too find stuff if you know where to look. I use it to find some fansubs or MP3s sometimes. It works much faster then BT most of the time..

Well i've had it for who knows how long and it still doesn't make any sense to me. I barely even know how to get into a chatroom...irc is soo confusing.

I didn't find Irc to confusing...then again I configure Routers....
