the lovers of Action Saturday should be aware that it is in serious trouble. Consideiring the high ratings Comedy Sunday AS is getting, and the lower but still good ratings that Action Saturday AS is getting, Williams Street might be thinking of infusing Action Saturday with some comedy shows. I think this would be a horrible idea. I mean, they vowed as their new years resolution that they would bring back the separation between action and comedy on the weekends and they did it. I think it would be bad to turn on that ideology. and besides, all the shows on action saturday are great and should be replaced at all. (well, maybe one less InuYasha episode will do them well)

I completly disagree. Keep the two time blocks as seperates. One that is more serious and the one thats pure comedy. So that you know what your looking at. Mixing them up will cause viewers to get confused. Imagine running Fooley Cooley followed by the last episode of Bebop.

well it seems that you agree with me, but i assume you meant completely disagree with Williams Streets' decision.....and unfortunately, Fooley Cooley is on Action Staurday, because they consider it more action than comedy.

FL CL is one of those strange oddities in an anime. Which is one that fits both categories. Yes it is clearly a comedy. But if you blink you will miss something because it never stops. Well for a whole 6 episodes

FLCL is an action show, regardless of how many times you laugh at it.

shut it daikun. if anything happens to AS saturdays it will more likely be it's going away and an expansion of Toonami to fill the timeslot.

...Um, not really. AS is still on Saturdays (just with Comedy infused starting July), and if that .hack/009 hour starting this Friday is just generic CN, Toonami hasn't really expanded.

Also, I never said anything about AS Saturday's fate in this thread. AT ALL. I was only saying FlashBack was wrong about FLCL's episode count, nothing more.

Do you know anyone who has ever kept up with their New Year's Resolution?

*Raises hand* I have. Although, my resolution was to call any homophobic male that I meet 'Princess' until such a time that he is no longer homophobic. That's a really easy resolution to keep however . . .
