First the Astronaut thing, now the New Found Glory interview. I think I like these little diddies that Toonami has started to do. In the past they did music videos with clips from their shows. Now they're giving kids career options. I think it's dandy. Any thoughts? _________________ anime is teh s uck

I personally don't like these interviews. They're dull. It's hard for me to watch half of these things without turning the channel or exiting out of one of Tyler's captures. They could at least mix in a CGI TOM with the real life clips instead of just put him in the beginning and that's it. |

I would just say edit them down by half or pick more charasmatic people. I'm sorry but the astronaut and simple plan are not charismatic. They would have had better luck with those lil interviews if they had interviewed a top gun pilot , shit, interview that tactical to practical guy-- I bet he would have made a kick ass interview about fighter jets n shit. As for "rock stars" if they wanna stick to that lame pop punk vein of people Sum 41 would probably work. They know how to have fun and be wacky. |

Hey, you gotta start somewhere. Think about it, Toonami isn't known for investigative reporting. They show action cartoons to kids. I think it's a nice new idea, and they're trying. I bet they'll get better with time. _________________ anime is teh s uck

I still say they should interview themsleves. They have a semi-interesting job. _________________ You're An Inu (Dog)!

Yeah, I know you guys are probably wondering, "How does Williams Street make such cool computer graphics for Toonami?" Heck, I'm a part of that. So I did an interview with them to see how they make me and the Absolution work, even though they already programmed all the answers inside my memory chip with ones and zeroes before they even made this clip that you're watching right now. |

Well regardless of what anyone else figments to that, I just steer to this one thought of a parent coming in, and having Toonami send out with that commercial, a daunting message to their kids with that line of career motivated pricks (whatever). Of, having your kid after say to the, "I want to be a rock star when I grow up, Mommy!" By all means wavering the parents notion of his or her child one day going down that oblique career choice, and heaven knows what. And all because of Toonami's career motivated message.
But whatever,I only would suggest that if they want to motive not only the kids with a for sure future in a career choice, they should have interview somebody with more criteria then a garage band's highlighting momento. _________________ Tan simple y tan sencillo como eso, el mundo apesta! -inguesu |

I think they are still searching for ideas. That, or they decided to cancel the whole thing. _________________ You're An Inu (Dog)!

I think its them turning into Nick. Which makes more shivers than normal go down my spine. CN is turning into Nick. But Toonami? That just makes EVERYTHING kiddie. Except mabey adult swim. But Toonami is enjoyed more buy adults than any of the other programs on CN (except for adult swim) That just makes me mad. _________________ LOVE & PEACE! |
