Just go to your favorite anime site (it doesn't matter which one), find a picture you like, and snag it. |

1) Open up MSPaint.
2) Paste your picture.
3) Pull down the "Image" menu and click "Stretch/Skew."
4) Turn the box marked "Horizontal" to 46%.
5) Turn the box marked "Vertical" to 62%.

Ah, that makes things easier now. 
1) Go to this site:
http://www.gifworks.com
2) Pull down the "File" menu and click "Open Image."
3) Type in the GIF's location or upload it, if you have already (whichever you prefer).
4) When the GIF is loaded, pull down the "Edit" menu and click "Resize."
5) Set both the width and height to 75 (the forum's limit).
6) Upload your resized image (by right-clicking) and you're home free! |
