I wouldn't worry about Man-Faye at AX. I think he was banned. I could be wrong...

Yeah, my friend was there when it happened. Apparently he hiked his plastic yellow shorts up a bit too high, got into an argument with con personel over it and eventually got banned.
I've got plans to go to Metrocon and AX. My friends Joe and Dorothy are getting marrried the same weekend Metrocon is (in a totallty diffferent location) so I'll end up heading to the con after the reception. They're also going to have part of their honeymoon at AX so I might accompany them on the flight with some other people.

My respect for Pocky Girl is dropping fast. Who spends their honeymoon at an anime convention?!
But what's going on with this Man-Faye thing and why are people not saying much? Is it one of those things people just don't discuss in order to forget about it?

So...Anime Expo Maaya concert was yesterday  anyone make it?
(apparently no one will get autographs apart from the lucky guy interviewing her...ha, ha ^^ sorry to have got you all riled up for nothing)

Yeah--I ended up going to the MPS panel instead. I was more intersted in getting you that autograph than going to the concert, and when I found out she wasn't signing autographs, I just said meh.

I made it to the concert. I waited on the line for about 5-6 hours(lucky for me a cute Hawkeye was walking around dancing...buy I didn't get her picture). It was going to start at 4:00 but ended up starting at 4:40. And it was about an hour long. So my plans of going shopping afterwards was kinda blown to bits since the booths close at 6. But it was worth the wait... I wish I didn't have to work the next day. I would have liked to have attended her focus panel
And on the topic of Man-Faye. It seems one morning he attempted to lead a protest to get himself back into AX. It didn't work. But I had a nice laugh at seeing an army of his fans running into the convention center trying to get his ban overturned.
