Another of my favorite intros is for both of the Zoids series. Those were definitely good intros.

On the subject of anime intros- one of my favorite intros was to a 12 episode series never aired on toonami called "Nazca." The introduction song was a remix of "Toccatta En Fugue." MAN! When I first watched it, it sent delightful little chills up my spine! ^^

The DBGT Lost Episodes Toonami intro was good too. The best thing about it was the beat.

Gundam Wing was probably one of my favorites but then again I always did love the Tenchi Muyo ones. Especially Tenchi In Tokyo those were freaking awesome.

I also liked the Batman Beyond Toonami Intro. My favorite lines were "You're pretty strong for some clown who thinks he's Batman. I am Batman! There might be some momentary discomfort. Welcome to my world."

I have to say that my favorite intro of all time, would be the DBZ reruns intro where Tom makes the comment along the lines of: "if you squint really hard, they almost look new."
I'm also a sucker for anything with Sailor Moon or girls with animal ears, so add those to the pile too.
