I checked the edit screen and a posted message of mine, and there wasn't any sign of a delete option. I think there was one once though...

no no no, you don't understand. I meant that as you don't have the option to go around deleting whatever you like, as i can being the mod.

You CAN delete your posts. There are two ways you can do it:

1) Click the X button next to your Edit button.

2) Click the Edit button, scroll down a bit, click the "Delete this post" check box, then hit Submit.

There's a catch, though: Both of these options disappear if someone else posts after you.
