I got to play with the new unholy monstrosity of an LCD display: Apple's 30" Cinema Display.

Wow... That is... The greatest thing ever...
...Yet you can't play Half-Life 2 on it, which drops the awesomeness factor by several points...

I've seen better contrast ratios, but pixel pitch and response time look good.
DVI interface = PC compatible.

Since I have two PCs (one I built myself), and I can run Windows on two of my Macs, does that mean I have 1,200 cool points?

no since you can run windows on them that is an addiitional -600 cool points, running windows on a PC is -900 cool points

cool on a computer: no programming software, no special I made this work on this platform (ie. windows on a mac), dual monitors IS cool.
