Yes, we're all aware of the recent influx of n00bs/noobs/nubs/nubes/losers/etc who pervade this, our sacred forum, but bash them when they post. We don't need a thread just to bash . When you do flame them however- make it good.

Also, when you do bash a nub, try to spice it up with insult pics but avoid copying the ones I use. And when all else fails, insult the mods. Because when you become a mod, you don't go up in rank, you go down and become my bitch (this applies to New nub Mods Zechs and Nobu-something).

Bear in mind, that doesn't make them immune to our flaming, especially when done in a creative or searingly sarcastic manner.
Nor does it mean that we can't inflate gfpaper's post count while doing so.
