two months ago, the guys over at adult swim came up with a kick-ass concept: let the people submit ideas for their black and white cards, and pick the best ones to put on the air every thursday night...i always had an interest in trying this out, but never could really come up with anything i liked, and with half the stuff making the air being ridiculous filler looking like it was written by second-graders, i held off on it for a while...
however, last night proved to me that they do put up some clever cards as well...a frequent visitor here, Fata Morgana, got a nice inuyasha haiku on tv, and there were also some other nifty tricks to balance out the random babbling spots...
so, more or less out of curiosity, has anyone here ever posted ideas for the thursday night viewer cards that the williams street staff picks every week to air on adult swim? if anyone has gotten their literal fifteen seconds of fame, feel free to brag about it here...for those who may have submitted something, why not throw it in this thread as well? _________________ "Life's a journey, not a destination..." -Aerosmith ('Amazing')

Well, the topic isn't stared anew each week, they just keep it rolling. I LOVE the Thursday cards. If they aren't brilliant on their own (and some of them really ARE good) then AS makes fun of them and they ARE entertaining. I love the B&W cards, period, but Thursdays are insanly great. _________________ anime is teh s uck
