and from the monkey's ashes rises.... screw it.. I'm retiring the name Spookmonkey and the monkeylike theme that goes along with it... well most of the theme. Nobu got it right dead center on that one.

It was a kind of spur-of-the-moment descision. Basicly the long and short of it is that this was the last place I was using Spookmonkey or one of its derivitives. Even my sites domain name is going to change within the next 6 months.
Spookmonkey has had a good 8 year run, a good long run. Monkey's have been good to me. It won't be the last time you hear the name, that I can garuntee. So don't be to suprised if you see a game or show with Spookmonkey in it.

Spook, I swear to god, if some day I'm playing a video game and see a ghost-like-monkey appear and be all "I'm a spooky monkey, that's why they call me Spookmonkey!" I will fall out of my chair/couch laughing and my friends will be like "twernt that funny . . . "
