HELL no. Vin Diesel is only in there because he looks like Monev and would have a small part, we don't need Colin Farrell...especially playing somebody cool.
Let's shift a bit to comic books, unless somebody wants to add to the Trigun cast...anybody read Powers?

I'm still very disappointed that nobody else here reads Powers.
Anybody ever read Watchmen? Greatest comic book ever, and they actually are going to do a movie.

OK, let's move on...Cowboy Bebop. I can't think of anybody who could play any of them, they're very uniquely anime, but I think the ideal writer/director is very clearly Quentin Tarrentino...think of Pulp Fiction, and replace Vincent, Jules, and Mia with Spike, Jet, and Faye...it's almost a more obvious parallel that even Lupin III...hell, John Travolta, Samuel L. Jackson and Uma Thurman could almost play them (although having a black guy play a character named Jet Black might seem a bit...whatever), and Bebop is just too damn cool not to be Tarrentino. However, I doubt he'd do it...he said he'd never do a comic book movie because the geeks would get pissed off, and anime would be much the same.

Yeah, but if he's playing him to a capcity where one wouldn't even KNOW that, that doesn't count. I'm just saying, you couldn't have a black character named Jet Black. Unless the director's black or something, then nobody would complain. Damn political correctness.
