The woman basically decieved this doctor to concieve, and then used paternity to force him to pay child support. And then when he sued her for distress, she tired to say that her actions weren't all that bad?

And the court dismissed the fraud charges?

If there was justice, then they would have terminated the child support payments and forced the woman to pay back the child support she recieved. But, of course, the child is an innocent here, so we can't eliminate the child support.

The worst part is that I bet there are people defending the child support on the basis that it's not the kid's fault, and that the father should take some responsibility.

well like 90% anyways. New car/SUV driving(their husbands bought it), money hungry, shopping crazed, tv watching, air/space wasting, attention wanting, annoying, picky as hell, backstabbing, gossip spreadin', period havin', sperm stealing, illegitimate child bearing, whiny, ungrateful, etc.. bitches.
