1.I never knew toy story 2 was 10 years old....... Damn its 2009 already?
2.FFX is from 2002 so its 3 years old
3. There is only a 2 years between them

toy story is 10 years old, you can get the 10th Aniversary box set decently priced, if you didn't recognize the scene from the picture though that was from toy story 2, where woody is watching all the old episodes of his tv show, and ignoring the rescue attempts made by Buzz.
time frame wise this is the order
2001
2002?
2003

Still, you're comparing two different companies as far as computer animation goes. Compare between the same company next time kthxbye.

You know that won't happen. Sad, isn't it?
Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't a cutscene like that (one from FFX) just be some file that plays from the disc? So isn't this all a big argument over nothing, since that scene niether proves or disproves anything about the processing power of the PS2?

I agree with you. I think when it played those scenes, it was just like playing a DVD clip. And PS2 is a dvd player as well. |

thats why the PS1 could play really cool cutscenes it was just playing a video clip.
