I don't think so, at least not during this go-around. Toei hasn't yet issued a license for Stars, and isn't renewing any of the current licenses. While checking to see what the new weekly specials were at Right Stuf, I noticed a couple of new Tokyopop items in their online catalog:
Rave Master Vol.1 - $14.99 - 10/12/2004 (no running time listed, but at that price I'd guess 3 episodes, same as Initial D )
AnimEigo New Title Solicitation: According to an update at DVD Empire, AnimEigo is set to release Urusei Yatsura Movie 3: Remember My Love on 09/07/2004. Release Date news (in my own words). Taken from AoD . From Akon 2004
FUNi's Shaman King will release to DVD this year (approx October) and have a sub and dub track. The dub track; you will get from FoxBox.
Also, 4Kids has licensed F Zero. Which unfortunately got 2 subbed episodes. Who knows how 4Kids will handle this version eh?
In Bandai news, Jerry Chu has confirmed that they indeed have Dear Boys (which's a similar sports anime, in the sense of Slam Dunk). Also, Z Gundam (the 80s UC Gundam) will make it's DVD Boxed set release on September, followed by Galaxy Angel Zeta in October.
In other related release news, ADV has recently licensed E's Otherwise, Sakigake! Cromartie High & UFO Princess Valkyrie.
