I think you're one of the few people who notices things like that. Or maybe I'm just one of the few who doesn't notice.
It's nice to see black & white for a change. Color isn't really needed.

you know nobu, it seems you and I just about have this whole news thing covered.
I do think it's funny though it if you look at all the links in this thread they are all to different .com's. WB sure snaggeed a shitload of them didn't they.

Detective Story has to be my favorite out of all of the shorts so far. I liked the short beginning with the end and the Red flame at the end.

According to the MTV2 schedule server, The AniMatrix will be on the following times:
(All times Eastern)
05/14: 12:00AM
05/15: 01:00AM
05/16: 04:30AM
05/18: 02:30AM
05/19: 01:00AM
05/21: 01:00AM
05/22: 11:30PM
05/26: 08:00PM
It appears the block will be a half hour long. That's enough room for 2-3 episodes. No details on what episodes will be shown when, but I believe they'll pick from The Second Renaissance Parts 1&2, A Dectective Story, Program, Beyond, and Final Flight of the Osiris. So just watch and see.

I saw it. Beyond is the only one shown, but it kicks total ass. They showed previews for all of the shorts, and the movie. The agent in Beyond is strange looking.

Matrix reloaded is supaa cool!
Wel I know have the Animatrix DVD rip but! I can';t play it yet, it's giving me a hard time. jeez, this thing needs t cut me some slack!

Well...I missed Final Flight of Osiris on TV ;_;
BUT I did catch 'Beyond' on MTV2 and it was...nice. Simple yet it really put something into the films, like...without all the special effects and angents. It was just there. In a form of a haunted house. I liked it. Who directed it?

well, I don't know about Beyond but Program has a resemblance to Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust if anyone hasn't said this before. And World Record and Matriculated look like Reign and Aeon Flux. Matriculated kinda sucks by the way. Not really a good ending to the episodes.
