Post subject: What Cartoon is this? plz help!

Hey all,
Im wondering what cartoon this is.. i watched the series like 7 years ago..
Its about a battle of humans vs aliens both which has combat suits which fired rockets etc... There were like 6-7 human heroes which the story followed them and towards the end of the series most of them died.. I was really emotionaly attached but cant remember the title neither the name of the heroes 
I remember one of the heroes he was the big guy and had a brown/yellow battle suit which had heavier weapons than the others..
The aliens were purple or green not sure.. but the story followed them sometimes too
Anyone have any idea what its called???
Or where i can look would be most helpfull!

Uh.... The only shows that sound vaguely similar(that I know of) to your description would be Exo Squad(which was far older than 7 years ago) and the Starship Troopers 3D CG series.

Do you remember if it was traditionally animated or done in CG? Was this something you watched on TV? If so, what channel?
Based on that description, I'm also leaning toward Roughnecks: The Starship Troopers Chronicles, but if you can answer any of the above, it would help limit things down...

hey thanks i looked for those 2 one the net..
Its not starship troopers for sure.. but as for exo squad not really sure..
Havent found any good pics that ring a bell yet!
I think it was in traditional animation cartoon..
Also as the story was finishing many of the basic heroes fall in battle!
Was very emotional for me when i was small
Any clues? |

No prob, Venatus. I'm glad I was able to help you find it. I too know that nagging feeling about some long lost cartoon/anime that you just can't quite remember.
